Friendship Hall - Tehachapi Community Church
The Tehachapi Symphony Orchestra, a local music organization dedicated to bringing free professional level classical music to the greater Tehachapi community, is celebrating its 27th season with an innovative repertoire of music chosen by conductor Dr. David Newby. Concerts are held at Country Oaks Baptist Church, but can be seen by going to the Symphony’s YouTube page.
Rehearsals begin September 2nd, and continue on Tuesdays, 6:30-9 p.m., at Tehachapi Community Church. If you are able to play college level music and would like to join the symphony, come to a rehearsal to audition. For more information, visit www.tehachapiorchestra.com or call 661/822-8018.
